The Evil Eye Bracelet Meaning

What’s up with the iconic blue eye that we all seem to be obsessed with?

The superstitious symbol is one of the most powerful images used throughout the world. Though each culture has its own characteristics, they inherently hold the same meaning.

The belief goes as follows:  if a person flaunts their success, fame, and fortune, they will catch the glare of those who are envious and wishful of doing harm to you (the successful person).  The ancients believed that the eye has the power to release invisible rays of energy potent enough to cause harm (like superman… ok…not as strong, you get what I mean). Therefore, in order to block these killer rays, we protect ourselves with the evil eye symbol and cast the cursed gaze back upon them.
