Build Self-Love Through Creating Art
Have you ever wanted to make jewelry?
Creating jewelry made with your own hands can be rewarding, self-expressive and a confidence builder. This is why I want to share a few of my techniques with you.
I love the process an artist will go through to put their art together. Admittedly, I have watched endless hours of the Baking Championship on the Food Network channel. Sometimes, I will bake a cake. However, for the most part, I just satisfyingly binge watch the show and never step foot in the kitchen. Learning how things are made inspires and soothes my wonderment. It helps me gain a deeper appreciation for the skill used to create the work of art.
For these reasons, I encourage you to tap into your creative side. Whether you choose to take a stab at it or just watch how something is created. You will learn and gain appreciation. If you do choose to give it a go, you may start off with a little frustration (that’s normal if it were easy, where’s the fun in it?) However, if you keep on trying, frustration will turn into fun and I guarantee you will create something spectacular. Nevertheless, you will feel good about yourself, and that ladies and gentlemen is the goal in life! Let’s ignite your creative side.
Creativity builds esteem and self-love. Whether you are creating jewelry like chakra necklace, painting, cooking, knitting or any other creative endeavor, you are thus building “The Self” and that’s priceless.
