Selenite Mushroom

Selenite is a form of the mineral gypsum and is characterized by its transparent to translucent appearance. The name “selenite” is derived from the Greek word “selēnē,” meaning moon, due to its moon-like glow when polished.

Selenite provides clarity and mental focus, removing mental fog and promoting balance.  It is one of the few crystals that has the ability to cleanse and charge other crystals. Its clean energy helps protect individual from negative energies and influences. Associated with the crown chakra, selenite is believed to help balance and align this energy center, fostering a connection to higher states of consciousness.

In some cultures, mushrooms are associated with fertility and growth. Often growing in decaying organic matter, their rapid growth symbolizes transformation and renewal and is seen as a symbol of the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth.
