Lava is a grounding stone. It gives strength, courage; and stability through times of change. A calming stone, it is useful for dispelling anger. They can be used to diffuse your favorite essential oil, dab a few drops onto the bead, and enjoy its benefits.
This is a stretch bracelet with 8 mm beads and sterling silver daisy spacers.
NOTE: The average bracelet size for an adult woman is 7 inches. The average bracelet size for the adult male is 8 inches.
TO MEASURE:
1. Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
3. To find your bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below.
For a Snug Fit add 1/4″ to 1/2″
Comfort Fit add 3/4″ to 1″
Loose Fit add 1-1/4″
