Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and/or Returns can be made within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.
Exchanges can be made on similar priced items, any amount over will be the responsibility of the customers.
For Returns, we recommend you use a padded envelope and insure packages over $50.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3-10 days upon receiving returned items. Refunds will be made to the method of payment used to make the purchase.
90 Day Warranty
Solstice LTD offers a “90 Day Warranty” on all jewelry purchases. Solstice LTD will honor a one-time replacement of that piece due to a defect. A new piece will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days upon receiving it.

Repairs
After the “90 Day Warranty” window expires, we offer repairs made to any broken jewelry. Depending upon the time of purchase, certain stones, may be substituted for similar/like stones at the discretion of the artist. Shipping and repair fees will be assessed and the customer’s responsibility.
